How do I book a cleaning?

Visit our booking page and enter your address to get started. Our guided wizard walks you through selecting your service type, customizing rooms and tasks, choosing a date and time, and completing payment. The entire process takes about 5 minutes.

What services do you offer?

We offer Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, and Short-Term Rental (STR) Turnover Cleaning. Each service type covers a different scope of tasks. You can view the full scope checklist during the booking process or on our Services page.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater Austin, TX metropolitan area including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Buda, Georgetown, Leander, Kyle, and San Marcos. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Austin city core. Extended service areas include Bastrop, Marble Falls, and Dripping Springs.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on your property's square footage, the service type selected, cleaning frequency, property condition, and any add-on services. Our booking wizard provides a transparent, itemized quote before you confirm. Recurring customers receive discounted rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards processed securely through our platform. Commercial accounts with approved credit may use ACH bank transfers with Net-15 or Net-30 terms.

When is my deposit charged?

Your deposit is charged when you confirm your booking. Deposit rates vary by service type: Standard Cleaning (25%), Deep Cleaning (35%), Move-In/Move-Out (50%), and STR Turnover for new hosts (100%). The remaining balance is charged upon service completion.

How does auto-scheduling work?

When you select a recurring frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly), your next appointment is automatically created at the time of your initial booking. Each subsequent appointment is scheduled based on your chosen frequency, so you never have to manually rebook.

Can I pause my recurring plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can pause your recurring plan for up to 7 calendar days. If you do not resume within 7 days, the plan automatically resumes and your next appointment is rescheduled to the next available date.

How do I reschedule my next cleaning?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule your next appointment to any available date within a 21-day window at no charge. Rescheduling adjusts all subsequent appointment dates accordingly. Log into your account and visit the Bookings page to reschedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment for a full refund. Within 24–48 hours, a $50 late fee applies. Within 12–24 hours, 50% of the quoted price is charged. Under 12 hours, the full price is charged with no refund. See our full cancellation policy page for details.

How do I cancel a booking?

Log into your LicketyClean account and go to your Bookings page. You can also call us at (512) 737-6314 or reply to your booking confirmation email. Cancellation timing is based on when we receive your request.

When will I receive my refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For cancellations made 48+ hours in advance, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For all other eligible refunds, processing takes 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

How do I update my payment method?

Accepted Answer

Log into your account and go to Settings. Under the Payment section, you can add a new card, remove an existing one, or set a default payment method. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through Stripe.
