If LicketyClean cancels your appointment due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, you receive a full refund and priority rebooking for the next available slot at no additional cost.
In cases of documented emergencies — such as hospitalization or a death in the family — cancellation fees may be waived at management discretion. Please contact us with supporting documentation for review.

Auto-scheduled bookings (Booking #2 and onward) follow different deposit rules than your first booking.

When you choose a recurring frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly), your next appointment is automatically created at the time of your initial booking. Deposits are charged to your payment method on file two days after the preceding booking is confirmed.
Recurring plans require a minimum number of completed services before the plan can be cancelled without an early termination fee: Weekly (4 services), Biweekly (3 services), Monthly (2 services). Cancelling before meeting the minimum incurs an early termination fee as outlined in our Terms of Service.

The time we receive your cancellation request, not your appointment time. For example, if your clean is at 2:00 PM Thursday and you cancel at 1:00 PM Wednesday, that's 25 hours — within the 24–48 hour window.
Yes. Rescheduling more than 48 hours out is always free, as long as you rebook within 14 days. Within 24–48 hours, your first reschedule per booking is free — subsequent reschedules incur a $25 fee. Under 24 hours, a $25 courtesy fee applies the first time, and $50 for repeat reschedules. Rescheduling to more than 14 days out is treated as a cancellation.

If our crew arrives and cannot access the property (locked gates, no key/code provided, etc.), a lockout fee applies: $75 for the first occurrence, $100 for a second occurrence, and the full service cost plus an account review for a third occurrence.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For cancellations made 48+ hours in advance, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For all other eligible refunds, processing takes 7–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
